Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Contact us requesting a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges or credit. If sent back, these items will not be refunded or returned back to the customer.
  • Items eligible for return must be in their original unwashed, unworn condition, along with tags and original individual packaging.
  • All return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item is defective, or we made a mistake with your shipment.
  • We will not take responsibility for items returned to us that are lost, sent to the wrong address, or from a mail carrier that you are unable to track the shipment.
  • Please email us to support@mkfcollection.com to get your return instructions. Please include in the email your order number or the name of the person the order was placed under.
  • We do not refund any form of paid shipping. We refund the product cost only, unless, the item is defective, or we made a mistake with your shipment.
  • To proceed with a refund or exchange, make sure your product is within the 30-day return window. Reach out to us at support@mkfcollection.com. Shipping costs for sending the item back to us are paid by the customer.
  • We cannot issue exchanges for gifts if you do not have an order number. Refunds will only be issued to the original store purchaser.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
